* Returns:
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 2 days for sizing or item changes, based on availability.
• Non-Returnable Items:
Accessories, scarves worn or tried on, and any item marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Process:
– Please contact us via [email/Instagram] before returning an item.
– Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
* Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
